Château de Hac in Le Quiou, Brittany

Some parks and gardens were open to public last weekend in France. I took this opportunity to visit the Château de Hac (15th century) in Le Quiou. It is only 3 km away from our gite in Brittany. It has just been renovated and is now beautiful.

Being a keen gardener, I was impressed with the garden. It was neat, tidy and colorful! If you come to Brittany, I recommend this château to you.

As it is a private property, the opening times are restricted. You can all the owners on 02 96 86 43 06.

Le Quiou is about 10 min South of Dinan in Brittany.

  1. This was also the intriguing location for an episode of Bergerac called The Assassin from 1991. They also used la Taverne des Faluns in nearby Trefumel.
