Art galleries in Dinard


If you enjoy art, visit the numerous art galleries in Dinard! A dozen galleries, all showing very different styles of art. As well as galleries, you will find art exhibitions too.

There is plenty to do in Dinard whilst there!

Crazy-golf in Dinard

You will find 2 places in Dinard to play crazy golf (mini golf). Both are next to a beach (plage du Prieuré and plage St Enogat) and open till late in the evening (ie 11pm!).

Bouncy castles, trampolines and rides in Dinard


On Dinard main beach, “Plage de l’écluse”, you will find bouncy castles, trampolines and rides. Great place for the children to burn energy!

Port Breton Park

Port Breton Park is facing the Prieuré Beach in Dinard. You will find over 40 animal species (donkeys, lamas, dears, goats, wallabies, etc) and 20 types of birds.

There is also a great play ground for children.

In the summer donkey rides are also offered.

The chateau can be visited.

There is a beautiful rosary at the back of the chateau.

Everyone should find something interesting there!

Free admission, free car park (car park could be tricky in the summer, so go early!)

Dinard beaches

Dinard beaches are very clean and safe for young children. The sand is perfect for building sand castles. (Yes, I have tried myself!).

Parking can be tricky so go early in the summer. See this link for other things to do in Dinard.


Dinard is about 40 minutes from our gite in Evran.

Sea kayaking along the Emerald coast


Sea kayaking is a great way to discover the beautiful Emerald coast. Single or double kayaks can be hired from Dinard. See this web site for more information.

There are plenty of things to do in Dinard for the other members of the family not keen to try this sport:

Sunbathing or making sand castles on the beautiful sandy beaches, visiting park and garden, enjoying a pony ride, visiting art galleries, or just relaxing on a terrace overlooking the beach!
